It's all about a strong foundation. This is the starter package REQUIRED for all newcomers.
The package includes 2 personal training sessions, full athlete intake and screening, plus 4 weeks of unlimited classes. Your coach will help you understand what is CrossFit and what is Fitness. Why do we exercise the way we do, and what are the long term health and fitness benefits. As well as your personalized next best step forward for health, longevity, and personal goals.
We will individually teach and demonstrate how to properly perform the foundational movements, as well as introduce you to our nutrition program.
You also get access to unlimited group classes per week for two weeks throughout the completion of your 5 personal sessions.
