It's all about a strong foundation. This is the starter package REQUIRED for all newcomers.

The package includes 3 personal training sessions plus 2 weeks of unlimited classes. Your coach will help you understand what is CrossFit and what is Fitness. Why do we exercise the way we do, and what are the long term health and fitness benefits.
We will individually teach and demonstrate how to properly perform the foundational movements, as well as introduce you to our nutrition program.
You also get access to unlimited group classes per week for two weeks throughout the completion of your 3 personal sessions.
Expect to be inspired to move on to the next step.
